The Jefferson Park (JP) community, established in 2000, is supported by two owners’ association. All JP property owners are members of the Resident Owners Association (ROA). The ROA Board of Directors governs the common properties and easements, and protects the interests of all home owners (townhome and condominium).

The JP ROA Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 14, 2010, and will be held at GHA Community Management Offices. Meeting notices were mailed to homeowners on November 17. This association belongs to all JP owners.

The 2009-2010 Jefferson Park (JP) Board of Directors was elected during the annual meeting held Oct. 27. The officers are Dannette Richards president; Penelope Moreland-Gunn, vice president; Theresa Klisz, treasurer and Anita Friedt, secretary.

Announcement window

a. Townhome Landscape Improvements – Clippers will be removing trees and installing new landscaping in the area between the townhomes and the hotel brick wall in order to allow more light and growth into the area. The work is scheduled to begin May 23, so please be mindful while this work is being done.

b. Upcoming Board Meetings - The next JP ROA and JP Condo Board Meetings will be held on June 7 at the GHA Community Management offices. The Condo meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and the ROA meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
